Three years of accounts, and nobody knows any more.
How it went
- 01The problem. A property shared between several members of a family. Expenses fronted by one, occupancy by another, decisions taken over the phone: after a few years nobody holds the accounts, and every family gathering starts again from zero.
- 02What we built. Software one family member can start using alone: they record expenses and how they split by share, value the use of the property, log decisions, and produce a dated statement everyone can read.
- 03What it does today. The software is live, used by families across France. Sharing is optional: the family joins when it is ready, and the notary can be given read-only access, a file already consolidated, and fewer billable hours.
