Five flatmates, without the endless group chat.
Roomizz is an app for running a shared flat: shared spaces, washing machines, guests, access codes, requests to the landlord. It was designed, built and shipped to production by one person. It is now in open early access.

Five people, one fridge, two machines, one landlord.
Everything that keeps a shared flat running usually goes through a group chat. It works for a week, then the information gets lost.
- 01What gets lost. Who has which fridge shelf, which drawer, which zone. The door code, the Wi-Fi password, the letterbox code, asked all over again by every new arrival.
- 02What drags on. Laundry forgotten in the machine, a leak reported to the landlord by one person only, a weekend guest announced to half the flat.
- 03What was needed. One place, reachable from a phone, where each of these has a home and where the app does the chasing instead of the flatmates.
Seven features, all in production.
None of this is a mock-up. Every feature is shipped and usable in the app today.
Shared spaces
Fridge zones, shelves and drawers assigned to each flatmate. Everyone knows what is theirs.
Washing machines
Shows who is using which machine. Once the laundry is hung up and photographed, the app sends an automatic reminder.
Landlord requests
Requests about the flat are written and sent from the app, visible to the whole household.
Guests
Guests are declared, so nobody finds a stranger in the kitchen.
Access code vault
Building code, Wi-Fi, letterbox: every access code kept in one place and shared with the household.
Reminders, tips, events
Reminders, house tips and household events, instead of a pinned message nobody reads twice.
Things in common
What the flatmates have in common, so that a household of five does not stay five strangers.
Four building blocks, and a dedicated database.
Proven tools, chosen to ship quickly without making what comes next fragile.
A web app that works on a phone as well as on a computer, with nothing to install.
A database dedicated to the project, hosted in the eu-west-1 region in Ireland. A household's data shares nothing with any other project.
Sign-in by magic link sent by email. No password to create, remember or leak.
Hosting and deployment of the application.
Why a dedicated database. Roomizz has its own database, separate from every other project: its data can be isolated, exported or handed back without depending on anything else. Why magic links. A shared flat changes members often. A sign-in link sent by email avoids passwords shared on a sticky note and accounts nobody can recover.
A complete application, shipped by one person.
From the need to production, without a team.
Roomizz is neither a prototype nor a demo: it is an application with authentication, a database and real users, open to the public in early access. It was designed, built and put into production by the agency's founder, alone. That is the level of delivery Focusme commits to on every project: a whole piece of software, in production, that you own.
