Hosting of focusme.agency

The site you are reading is a static site: it has no forms, no user accounts and no database. No personal data you send us is stored on it.

Its files are distributed through a global content delivery network, which means the page rendered in your browser may be served from a point of presence outside the European Union — whichever is closest to you.

05Activity and trade names

Focusme Agency designs and builds bespoke software for family situations that generic tools do not handle: jointly inherited property, coordinating care for an ageing relative, shared family assets.

We work on a fixed-price, project basis. The applicable commercial terms are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

Focusme Agency is not a law firm, a notary's office, an accountancy practice or a wealth management adviser. We provide no legal, tax or estate-planning advice. The software we build organises and presents the information you enter into it; it is not a substitute for the opinion of a qualified legal or financial professional.

06Intellectual property

All elements making up this site — structure, text, visual identity, logotype, illustrations, typefaces and source code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Curious Holding, with the exception of third-party elements identified below.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. Only short quotations with attribution, and hyperlinks to a page of the site, are permitted.

The typefaces used — Archivo, Fraunces, IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono — are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 through Google Fonts.

The site presents two independently operated projects:

• Indivisionnaires — indivisionnaires.com: software for managing jointly owned inherited property, currently in production. It has its own legal notice, privacy policy and terms of use, available on its own site.
• Oneye — oneye.fr: line-of-business software for professional environments. It likewise has its own legal notice.

Interface screenshots and mock-ups shown on this site are illustrative reconstructions. They contain no real data: the names, amounts and dates appearing in them are fictitious.

This legal notice is governed by French law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to you. It may be amended at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page, whose date of last update appears above.

In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. Where the dispute involves a consumer, that consumer may bring proceedings either before the courts of their place of residence or before those of the registered office of Curious Holding.
