The expensive part of your problem is below the waterline.
Focusme builds custom software for the family situations that generic tools cannot handle. Project by project, from scoping to production — and what we build belongs to you.

Software born of a real situation,
in production today.
Our main piece of work started from a problem we knew from the inside: a property left in the family after an inheritance, and accounts nobody could keep straight any more.
From problem to product
- 01The problem. A property shared between several members of one family. Expenses fronted by one, occupancy by another, decisions taken over the phone: after a few years nobody has the accounts any more — and every family gathering starts again from scratch.
- 02What we built. Software a single family member can start using on their own: they record expenses and how they split by ownership share, put a value on occupancy of the property, keep a trace of decisions — and produce a dated statement everyone can read.
- 03What it produces today. The software is in production, used by families in France. Sharing is optional: the family joins when it is ready, and the notaire can be given read-only access — a file already consolidated, hours of fees saved.

Custom software, without the drift custom software is known for.
We are a young French agency and we say so — no borrowed logos, no invented averages. Instead, four rules you will find word for word in the contract. They exist because custom development has a bad reputation, and a deserved one: budget drift, lock-in to the supplier, data held hostage. Each rule neutralises one of them.
Understanding your situation is not billed. We listen, we ask the questions, we frame the need — and we tell you plainly when software is not the right answer.
You do not sign on promises: you test a prototype, with your family, before any commitment. The prototype decides, not the brochure.
The amount quoted is the amount paid. The estimating risk sits with us, not with you — it is written into the contract, before we start.
Accounts between brothers and sisters, inheritance documents: intimate data. Database in France, hosting in the EU, GDPR, full export at any time — including if you leave us.
The situations we know how to handle.
No catalogue, no off-the-shelf product: fields we know from the inside, where we have already built — and from which every project is scoped.
Jointly inherited property
“I have been fronting the property tax for three years.”
When a property stays in the family and the accounts get complicated: who paid what, who is staying there, what was decided — and how to make it readable by everyone without spending your evenings on it.
Talk about this situationCoordinating around an ageing parent
“Did you get the November invoice?”
When several of you organise around a relative: the bills, the benefits, the deadlines, who paid for what. The load is shared — the relationship stays intact.
Talk about this situationShared family assets
“There ought to be a tool for this, but it does not exist.”
A holiday house between siblings, a tontine, a collection to pass on: what your family owns and organises together, and that generic tools cannot represent.
Talk about this situationThe engineering holds up outside the family field too.
The trade changes, the method does not.
The problem: demanding professional environments — industrial workshops, residential homes for older people — where generic tools do not fit the ground. What we built: line-of-business software designed as close as possible to the reality of each organisation, under the Oneye brand. What it proves: the engineering holds when the domain changes — a prospect does not have to wonder whether we know “their” trade, they can see the trade change and the build hold.
The two worlds do meet at one point: family coordination around an ageing parent and the world of care homes look at the same reality — from the family side for one, from the institutional side for the other.

An inheritance held jointly, a relative, family assets, a situation with no name: describe it simply, the way you would at the kitchen table. We answer with a straight opinion — including when the answer is “you do not need us”.
